機電署都幾狗下, 叫人去拎獎都要用英文, 咁如果果條友唔識英文, 咁佢咪唔洗拎?

Invitation to E&M Safety Carnival 2009 - On-line Quiz Award Presentation
Dear Mr Cx Kx,
Thank you for your participation of the on-line quiz. On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the E&M Safety Campaign 2009, I am pleased to inform you that you have obtained the 4th highest score of the competition. An Accumulative Scores Award prize presentation has been scheduled during the opening ceremony on 17 Oct 2009 (Sat) during the opening ceremony.
You are cordially invited to receive the award at the E&M Safety Carnival 2009. Please bring along your identity card to our registration counter at Victoria Park Court No. 5 by 1:00p.m.
The program of the opening ceremony is attached for your information.
