Application for Primary 1 for 2009-2010 School Year:
No. of vacancies : 105

Age range : Girls born between 1st September, 2002 and 31st December, 2003 are eligible to apply . Please do not apply if your girl is overaged or underaged.
Application : Application forms can be downloaded from our School website www.dgjs.edu.hk on 8th,9th and 10th September, 2008. They are also obtainable from the School (entrance on Gascoigne Road, Kowloon), free of charge, on 9th and 10th September, 2008 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Applicants must produce HK birth certificate / HK ID Card / Documents permitting her stay in Hong Kong at the time of obtaining application forms (one form for each applicant).

Please do not come to our School before the specified time to collect the application form. All eligible applicants will receive an application form by following the timetable for distribution.

Application Forms should be returned to our School by hand on Gascoigne Road on 9th, 10th or 11th September, 2008 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. No late application will be accepted.
