Guidelines for Mentees 

Details of the Opening Ceremony

Date: 6^th May, 2007 (Sunday)

Time: 2pm – 5pm (Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for taking attendance)

Venue: Lions College ( No. 90 Hing Fong Road, Kwai Fong)

 Content: Introduction of the program and ice-breaking activities

 Remarks: If you can’t attend the opening ceremony, please provide us with documentary proof and a parent’s letter at least 2 days before the opening ceremony through [email protected] 

 1)      Mentees are required to attend the three official meetings, the opening ceremony, mid-term evaluation meeting and the closing ceremony throughout the year.

 2)      Besides official meetings, mentees and their mentors can have meetings in any format and style; those meetings as well as the cost should be arranged with the compromise between mentees and their mentors.

 3)      Mentees should keep contact with their mentors through phone call, e-mail, online instant messenger, etc. frequently.
