Views:
I believe / think / strongly believe that the unruly students should be banned / stopped from using the library.
In my opinion, those students should be punished / penalized (重罰) / fined (罰錢).
Grammar and Writing:
eg. I am convinced that students who have lost interested in their schoolwork should be suspended.
