UVA, UVB & SPF  by joyce 

大家是否知道UVA和UVB會傷害我們皮膚會怎樣呢?

UVA: AGING RAY, 令骨膠原減少,皮膚鬆弛,易衰老

UVB: BURNING　ＲＡＹ，　會曬傷皮膚

SPF(防UVB): 一般來說, SPF的指數X 10分鐘, 就是防紫外線的時間. 例如: SPF20 X 10分鐘, 即200分鐘皮膚得到保護.

PA+(防UVA):輕度, PA++, 防UVA中度, PA+++防UVA高度

夏天到了,如果不是為了曬黑肌膚,為免身體受到UV的傷害, 可以選擇較高的SPF&PA+了.
