I have got a constipation, I feel ashamed with these.

I know I need to eat more vegetables and fuit, but thes time I eat a lot of bread because

I need to treasure my money. However, after a few meals, I have got a stomachache

and it makes me feel a litte bit vomited.

 Also, I felt  suffocate  in the Musicial Room. I feel utmost not well.

So I leave the room to get a fresh air.

Oh~my goodness. Now, I know I really really need to take a rest.
