兩年無下水，昨天下午可再次游水了。雖然前晚打了一場網球有少許累，也因為很久沒有出現的無雨天氣，無損下水的心情。游完水淋了浴，歎杯飲品，心曠神怡，是一件賞心樂事。

今午的網球盡管在4時至6時進行，沒有太陽照射，仍因為戶外的關係，及大家都很落力地應付，球來球往，很快就打得汗流浹背、滿面通紅。我也很久未有2小時在網球上“拼搏”，可能因為之前兩日也有做運動習慣了，反而覺得不太辛苦很舒暢，亦沒有像安妮說的“骨頭散晒”的感覺。

上星期五到威院覆診，血液報告顯示EB病毒指數有少許上升，但未至於到危險界線而需要進一步治療，繼續3個月後血液測驗跟進。希望自己爭氣點，3個月後有回落的跡象出現便好了。計劃平時可以抽多點時間做運動，鍛鍊身體，提升機能，這樣應可增強免疫能力。

自從上星期去了海洋公園睇完熊貓後，曦曦竟愛上了“功夫熊貓”，還懂得耍功夫呢，約定下星期日到戲院觀賞。

I have not swim for two years.  Yesterday, I, with Karen's family, swan at Tracy's home club house for 1 hour. Although I have had tennis game on Friday, I didn't feel tired. It has been a long time for such a sunny day appearred. It was so comfortable after the swimming activities and shower bathing when I enjoyed the drinks  and felt entirely free.

Today's tennis game started at 4:00-6:00. Although the court has not been shinning, because we four were very hard to play, we all got wet after half an hour game. I didn't feel so tired perhaps I have get used to the sports movement thru friday. However, Annie felt very sored and so tired today!

After the medical appointment last Friday, I was noted that the blood test still showing the EB disease on a little bit high level. The doctor said there was not immediate dangerous on the cancer coming, but will need every 3 months' observation by examining the blood. I hope I will be pass in the coming 3 months.  Now, I am planning to do more sports movements during the weekdays so as to improve the immunity against the bad disease.

After visiting the pandas at the Ocean Park, Hei hei loves the "Kung fung Panda" and acted the Kung Fung to me.  Thus, have appointment with him to watch the film next Sunday.
