剛過去的星期日約會了一個懂得氣功的朋友。其實與他素未謀面，見面前也算不上是朋友，不過他是樂於幫助別人，將他所認識的氣功技能，利用呼吸方法去幫助提升身心靈，也是一種不斷自我擴展的生活方式和態度。當然，要持之以恆才可收到成效。

到了下星期五生日，又大一歲。尤記得上年生日因要做化療，留在家中休息，家人及朋友都沒有打擾，亦沒有出外特別慶祝。下星期他們都約會我出席晚飯，我們幾個舊同學更可借機聚首一番。

剛剛與曦曦通電話，他說現在有很多coins(錢)可以帶我去迪士尼樂園，當然數個硬幣不夠付入場費，但係佢對契媽的一份心意是非常甜蜜。又說要帶我去日本的Thomas Land玩玩，因我說未曾去過。希望日後佢真係記得講過，同我去就安慰了。

Last Sunday, I have met a friend who knows Qigong.  Actually, he's not my friend but now is. This is the first time I meet him. He is a friend of my friend's daughter who introduced him to me.  I feel Carl is a good person and very willing to help others by relating the Qigong skills.  Qigong is not only a skill. It depends on the breathing in different styles to improve our health status. Also, it is an extensive method both on lifestyles and manner.  We have to practise the Qigong (breathing skills) regularly to acheve the good outcome.

Next Friday is my birthday.  Remember last year, I have had the chemotheraphy treatment and required to take rest at home.  No friend and relative make appointment with me, of course.  By the way, some friends have already engaged me next week for celebrations.  It also provides a chance for me to meet my former secondary school classmates.

Just finishing the phone call with Hei Hei.  He was counting the coins and told me he will bring me to Disneyland with those coins for entry.  Of course, those coins on his hand was not sufficient to pay the entry fee of the park. But his sympathies were highly appreciated me.  He also told me that he will bring me to the Thomas Land where I haven't been there yet.  I hope I really have that chance when he is growing up and remember what he had said.
