上星期照的正電子掃瞄報告已取到手，雖然任何結果都已有心理準備，仍是沒有勇氣打開看看。也因為昨天中醫師說我面色不大好，顯然身體比較虛弱，反而覺得身體可能真的有不妥，所以不敢面對。決定明天到頭頸科覆診時，交給陳醫生揭曉吧。

昨晚恢復手術後的第一次羽毛球運動，很久沒有在羽毛球場上活動，揮拍力勁大不如前，反應也比以前慢。唯有守在網前，替拍擋封網，這樣大可不用消耗多大的體力，對我來說又可表現優勝的球技。原以為這麼長時間沒有運動，今天一定週身酸痛，相反，還很精神抖擻。

收到曦曦的新照片，星期天穿了踢死兔去出席伯父的婚禮，看他穿了格仔羊毛背心，十分老積。

We have got the PET scan report on hand yesterday. Although I psychologically to adopt any results, I still have not had much confident to read it.  In addition to that chinese practictioner said my facial expression was not good, I think that there may be something bad on my health, so I left the report  to Dr. Chan by tomorrow's appointment. 

Yesterday, I played badminton. Since the neck operation,  there were over 3 months I haven't played.  The energy and strength are far below as well as the reaction.  So, I can only played as the net keeper because I was skilled in.  Assume that it would be very tired today since not have badminton game so long, oppositely I feel very good.

Just received new photos from Hei hei. He attend a wedding on Sunday.  He wore the vest, he was lacking in youthful vigour.
