今天的天氣稍為回暖，而且有充沛的陽光，是適合戶外活動的日子。午後1時半選擇了踏單車，吐露港的單車徑比以往星期日"車"少，所以沿途也很順暢。天空是一片蔚藍雖被少許湮霞遮蓋，但也可沿岸欣賞海天一色。從6月開始化療後也未有進行運動，當單車要踏上第一段斜路的時候，久未勞動的雙腿已開始感到有點酸軟，還好在科學園小休一會便可繼續行程。假日的科學園是非常熱鬧，除了很多單車黨盤踞之外，也有很多遊人享受池畔自助餐。4時多回程了，下了車後也不覺很累。

The temperature of today rised, wind was not so wild and also sun shine brightly.  I have had a cycling belong the Tolo Harbous.  There were less bicyclers than usual.  Although there was some mist over the sky, the sky and the sea were still linked together to make the blue picture. Perhaps there is a long time (before the chemo treatment) not having activities, my legs sore when cycling on the slop.  We have a stop at the Science Park and there were so crowded. Not only full of bicyclers, also many people were enjoying the lunch buffet besides the pool.  After the rest, we carried on the cycling.  About 4pm , the bicycling activities came to an end. I felt no so tired at night.
