今晚參加了徐友正在其家中的生日聚會，兩桌子的人是吃火鍋，而我就吃了從未見過這麼大塊的豬扒，全長大約一呎。細問下，豬扒是來自澳洲穀飼的豬，非常軟滑，又有很濃厚的豬肉味道。可算是吃過的豬扒當中極品，大可極力推介。

Last day attended Edward Tsui's family gathering.  They have prepared two tables for hot pots. I didn't take hotpot. Grace prepared me a large piece of pork chop.  The port chop was 12 inches in length and about 1 inch in thickness. The meat was from Australia.  After frying, the chop was extremely delicious and soft.   That was the best pork chop I tasted.  Very very yummy....
