今早約了李XX踏單車。早上十時太陽已晒得猛烈，尤幸還有點點涼風，令我們不致太吃力。選了馬鞍山單車徑，有樹和樓群遮掩一吓陽光，有點涼意感覺。到了12時回程時候，因為是正午時份，陽光正正在頭頂上，躲不了，晒得兩臂通紅。

午餐後回家梳洗。下午到青衣帶了然然去了東北公園。他在公園內到處步行，對週邊各樣很像很新奇。我們帶了他到草地上步行，行不穩跌在地上，因為不懂企起身而哭起來呢! 爹得 像個女孩!!

This morning we have had bicycle riding with Inglid at 10:00 am. The sun was shining brightly and fortunately there still have little wind. we chose the cycling road along the Ma On Shan where there are trees and buildings sheltered. However, when the time is 12:00 noon, the sun was at the top of us and we can't prevent and the sunlight made my two arms burned.

After the bicycle activities, we have lunch with Inglid. After back home for bathing, we went to visit Yin Yin and brought him to the park. He was not very active eventhough we placed me on the grassland. He cried when he fell down on grass and couldn't stand up. Like a baby girl!  After half an hour, Yin yin seems tired and we brought him back home by his private car.
