今日趁天氣清爽，便約了Karen同阿華在吐霑港踩單車。十時多便從火炭出發，沿著城門河馬鞍山段的單車徑，不消一個鐘便到了馬鞍山近西沙一帶，是單車徑的終點。稍是休息，便沿回頭路再向對岸科拜學園進發。

雖然是星期天，不知為何單車徑上沒有太多單車，所以感覺上踩得比較安全。大概20分鐘便到達，我們便在此處停留午膳。天氣清涼, 坐在戶外不覺悶熱，空氣還很清新，吃飽也捨不得離開，休息了個多鐘, 便回程了。途中經過一間小食店, 有優美的吐露港景致, 便坐下來邊欣賞美麗海景，邊嗜個雪榚球。

3時多回到單車店交還，5句鐘單車活動完結。

Today, we have had bicycle acitivities with Karen and Wah. We started at 10:20 am from Fo Tan. We cycled along the Tolo Harbour. First, we arrived Sai Sa where near the end of Ma On Shan, with 40 minutes.  After 10 minutes rest, we cycled back the bicycle link and riding to the Science Park, which is opposite Ma On Shan.  We have lunch there  and rest about an hour.  When riding back to Shatin, we pass by a small shop which providing seats with beautiful sea view.  We stopped by to have a scene and enjoyed ice-cream.  After that, we rided back to return the bicycles at about 3:20 pm, as to finish the 5-hour cycling activities.
