昨晚的飯局有很多嘢食呢！有魚、蝦、蟹、有機菜、雞、仲有魚翅，還有好多蓮蓉的壽飽同甜美糖水，個個食到捧腹離場。

食咗一餐勁嘅，今日就做番D運動吧。下午打羽毛球２小時，體力是可以應付的，不過球技及反應和患病之前相比就還有一些距離。不過我相信身體現正慢慢地回復狀態，好快就可以返回以前水平。

休息時候同曦曦在場邊玩耍他的小型羽毛球。這個撒嬌的小朋友還嚷著要契媽替他沖涼呢，觀看他的出浴就很多次，我還是第一次替他沖涼的。

之後大家一起晚飯，今晚的晚飯有很多人加入，有我的媽子及妹妹，也有Daniel couple and  Inglid，足足有１３人呢！大家有著講唔完的話題，好熱鬧。

There were many dishes among the meal yesterday: Fish, Shrimps, Crabs, organ vegetables, chicken, and also sharp fins! Last but not least, we have lotus seeds birthday buns. Of course, we all got very full.

After the 'very full' dinner yesterday night, I play badminton with sister and friends at the Villa Esplanada's club house for 2 hours. My health status still affords the game but the ball skill and reactions is certainly lower than that of the time before the illness. But I believe my good health status will be 'back' soonest.

Also, I played the 'quetie' badminton game with my Hei hei. After that, I take bath for him as his request. This is the first time I take bath for him although I watched him to have bathing many times. We then have dinner together with more people: my mother, Daniel's couple and Inglid (their daughter), etc. We have totally 13 persons and we talk a lot with many different topics. Very noisy!!!
