昨天回威院做第十次化療。還有兩次就大功告成了。下一次會係１月２日，我仲同許醫生說“出年見”。今次的化療比之前的都辛苦，因為我對此化療葯比較敏感，所以隻手感到好涷同好痺，仲有D反胃。一個鐘頭都覺得好難頂。完了化療立即回家休息，因為個胃頂住，晚飯也沒有胃口吃。至晚上都係忍唔住要嘔，嘔咗舒服晒。相對比較上一個化療及電療療程的影響已算係“小兒科”了。

今天起來感覺好了很多，有D胃口可以食早餐。不過膊頭就酸痛得很，其實已經痛了好幾個星期了，因為有些兒腫脹，曾經擔心已為有D唔好嘅嘢又再出現，經許醫生檢查後，應該係電療的後遺症，頸部的肌肉組織受損及硬化，所以出現肩週炎等疼痛現象，這些情況會慢慢消失的，可以做多些頸部運動幫助。

得知十蚊份輸咗羽毛球比賽，雖覺可惜，但係唔緊要，每件事都未必第一次就成功的，唔失敗過點會有成功呢！何況第一次參加比賽可入到半準決賽，成績以經算係好了。繼續加油，希望下次參加的藍球比賽會有更好成果。

I have had the10th chemotherapy treatment yesterday. It may come to an end after the last two times in January 2 and 9.  So, I said to the doctor:"See you next year".  It was so uncomfortable when proceeding the treatment yesterday. The medicine made me so cold and be numbed. Also the stomach felt inversely. The one hour treatment seemed to last more than a day! After the treatment, I came home immediately and went to bed. I have not had dinner and spit at night. I felt comfortable after spit. This was not very hard for me as compared with the previous chemotheraphy.

I woke up and can ate breakfast this morning. I found my neck and shoulder were painful. Actually, the pain has occurred a few weeks ago. I was afraid there was some other tumors again.  After the doctor's examination, he said this was the side effect of the previous radiotheraphy treatment and will  be disappearred in the near future.  It will be helpful if I do some neck 'exercise'.

I noted that Samantha has lost the badminton tournament in the semi-final. Although it was disappointed, it did not matter at all.  We may have get success after a certain amount of failures.  Further, it was the first time you participate the tournament,  you have gained much already.  I hope you will get the champion in the coming basketball tournaments.
