今日天氣已經暖番好多，有20度，可以除下我那件已穿了三星期的羽絨了。前晚打完波，今天還覺得背部和大腿有些微肌肉疼痛，我想都是因為很久沒有運動所以未能短時間內適應吧。

呢個星期仍然都有些別部3的同事請我食晏，昨天比較特別，因為請我的是三個從未見面的副校長秘書，因為公事，我們的聲音“交往”了超過十年，她們知道我得病放了很長的假期，藉著這次午飯歡迎我的“回歸”。見面的時候還是靠把聲認出誰是誰，但係我們不覺陌生，像是老朋友聚首，無所不談。

剛收到上星期五毛毛生日的相片，是在卡拉OK內影的，Neway City還送了蛋糕和香濱(其實係有汽果汁)。唱K現在已成了我們一個沒有約定的生日慶祝活動，唔知幾時曦曦可以跟我們一起唱K呢? 因為佢已經成日喺我們面前表演佢嘅兒歌了。

Today's weather was raised to 20 degrees. I can take off my feather coat which I wore it over 3 weeks!  After the badminton game on wednesday, I still felt sore on my back and thigh. I think the reason was that I have not had powerful exercises and couldn't recover in a short period of time.

Some colleagues from different departments treat me lunch this week. In a special lunch yesterday, the hosts are the secretaries of Pro-vice-chancellors who I have never met before.  But, their voices are  friendly and not strange to me because of our business at University over 10 years, we recognize each other by hearing the voice. Although we are the first time to meet, we talked like old friends gathering.

Just received photos for Momo's birthday party at karaoke. The Neway City sponsored the cake and champaign.  The karaoke activity seems to be one of our birthday celebrations however we do not make any engagements before.  When will hei hei join us to karaoke? I know he always sings in front of us and shows his abilities to be a good singer.
