今日收到兩個好消息: 一，正正一月的考試拿了全班第一名。二，黃詠瑜小妹妹收到拔萃女書院的取錄，9月入讀中一 。雖然我聽後都替他們高興得有點兒失眠，我想還是這兩個小朋友的父母會興奮幾晚也失眠吧。

今午同警察會的羽毛球隊作友誼賽，我們雖然已出了殺手繭 - 兩個前港隊作為外援，仍然不敵他們的良好體能，總分輸了。不過我覺得自己第一次「出山」已可贏得一局，已經很滿意了。這個比賽對我來說鍛鍊運動心理有很大得著，雖知對方實力及體能都在我之上，我只放鬆心情去迎戰，沒有以前那般一個作戰狀態，反而會有機會勝出呢。

I heard two good news today: First, Edward Tsui has achieved no.1 in his class after the exam in January. Second, Amy Wong has been admitted by Diocesan Girls' School next term in September. This is a famous school in HK and it is very difficult to enter. Although these two news made me a little bit "high", I think their parents are more and more excited for a few days and can't fall asleep.

I have joined the friendly match with Police Club badminton team this afternoon. Although we invited the former HK best players to be the team members, we still lost the game in total because the opponent were really fit and powerful.  However I felt I have already gained my good result from this first match after I came back.  The game trained me the sports psychology as well.  I knew that our team's force is below that of the opponent, I have tried my best effort to calm myself to face a game, not a match. So at last, I won one game for our teaml. I satisfied my performance at all.
