今日是交功課的最後一天，終於於下午完成了。雖然距離下一份功課遞交的日子還有個多月，但因為繁複的關係，做一條題目需要幾天時間往書本及課程裡鑽的，所以現在應該開始動工了，慢工出細貨嘛。

呢兩日的天氣陰晴不定，帶了傘又不下雨，沒帶的時候又忽然下大雨，狼狽不堪，真係無所適從。

昨天從加拿大的dodo傳來一則有關治療癌症的資料，來自約翰霍普金斯大學。裡面提及那些食物是對癌症不利，糖份是其中一種，因為糖份是癌細胞的食物，對其有益的，不吃糖可餓死它們。對於我這個無甜不歡嗜好甜品的人來說，真是一個不大開心的資訊，我想以後都要盡量將我的最愛放得遠遠，還要減少吃cake好了。剛看到一則報導指粟米是很有益的食物，如天氣悶熱的時候不大想吃飯，可以粟米代替穀物，它既飽肚又低卡，其纖維素含量可媲美糙米。我近來都時常以粟米加通粉作午餐，都好好味。

Just finished the assignment and forwarded to my tutor this afternoon. Although there are sufficient time to do the next assignment, as the fact that complicated questions, however I have to start recently in order to have more time to study the text book and the study guide before I do the questions.  It is known that more time for that, to get the success more easily.

The weather was not constant these two days. When I have no umbrella, it rains. But it shines brightly when I have my umbrella in bag.  What a tricky sky!

I received an email from Dodo about some information for Cancer treatment. It was come from John Hopkins University.  According to the information given, I noted that sugar and or sweeties are good for cancer cells.  If we don't eat sugar or sweeties, the cancer cells would dead. Sugar and sweeties are my favourites. It's really not a good news, especially to me.  I think I have to give up or at least eat less cakes in the future. BTW, I read from newspaper today and found that corn is a good for health. It can replace the rice as main food in summer. The fibre of corn can be compared favourable with brown rice.  Recently, I take corn and macaroni as lunch. It's delicious too!
