今早回辦公室食了芝士飽同麥片早餐。不到11時，同事生日又食了一件蛋糕。忽然變了大食積，所以有所增磅。從十蚊份影的照片知道多倫多下了一場雪瀑，積雪高過一個人。不過蔚藍的天空映襯著厚厚的白雪構成一幅美麗的圖畫。

I ate cheese bread and oatmeal as breakfast in my office this morning and about 11 am, I ate a piece of cake again. So I have eaten breakfast twice. I gained pounds because eating much more. From the photos taken by Samantha, we knew there was a snow storm in Toronto last week. The snow dropped and accumulated the height that over than a person.  As the fact that the blue sky and the white snow formed a beautiful picture.

今早往威院的耳鼻喉科覆診，吳醫生替我照了鼻鏡。結果是鼻咽內因電療形成的傷口已很‘平滑’，鼻內亦很‘清潔’，還問我是否時常在家洗鼻(其實我未曾洗過)。

近排有很多同事或朋友在復活節假期都會去日本旅行，有去北海道的、有去東京的，也有去大板的。相信假期過後有好多日本不同地區的手信露面吧。想想我也已經兩年多沒有去日本一行了，身邊這麼多人動身起行令我也有點想出發的意慾呢。不過剛剛才支回薪金，而且最近D日本紙匯率很高呢，恐怕也要儲備一段時候先可成行了。加上公開大學的導修課時間表未公報，有可能會撞期，所以知道曦曦一家會於5月去東京旅遊也大多數不能一同起程。

I went to hospital for the check-up of nose this morning. After the nose scope examination, Dr. Ng said the wound which  treat by the radiotherapy was recovered in a good status. Also, he said my nose inside was 'clean' and ask if I always clean it. (Actually, I never cleaned my nose).

My colleagues and friends plan to go Japan during easter holidays. Some will go Tokyo, some will go Okasa and some will go Hokkaido.  I believe we shall have gifts/presents/snacks coming from different areas of Japan.    After knowing that, I have the velleity to go there.  I have not travelled to Japan for more than 2 years. Last time was Jan 2006.  In spite of the fact that I just have had my salary in Feb and in addition that the exchange rate of Yen is fairly high, I think I should have to save money for the trip. Further, I am afraid I can't join the japan trip with Hei hei because it may probably crash the tutorial of my OUHK course in early May.

今早落樓跑吓步，嘗試由樓下跑到落去火炭大排檔，然後跑返上來。因為星期日時間尚早，街上路人稀疏，又沒有平時的交通繁忙，所以都跑得很舒服。回程的時候因為是很長的斜路，比較喘氣，運動完後感覺好精神呢。

下午同曦曦去了九龍公園玩樂，我們一同踢波，他頂頭搥的相片被我們捕捉到，很有趣及非常有動感呢。之後還玩了吹泡泡，不過我想曦曦因有些微傷風及吃了藥，所以對於平時甚為喜愛的追拍泡泡變得不太熱衷，也顯得有點兒沒精打彩。拿著最愛的麵包都像個憂鬱小生般。

I have done a running exercise up and down around my living place this morning. In spite of less people and lorries on sundays, the roads are 'easy' for running.  I was gasping on air because running up to the slope to back home.

I went to Kowloon Park with Hei hei this afternoon. We played football and he showed his skill by hitting the ball with head. After some tries, we took this photo which was really funny and actively.  Then, we blowed the bubbles which is Hei's favourite game.  In the fact that he was having a cold and took the medicine, he seemed not eager to follow and flap the bubbles which he uses to do ordinarily. He looked despondently eventhough he ate his favourite, bread.
