COOL!
despite of the unlucky day, this weekend are flooded with my sweat!
tears alway lead you a sad, worst day.
to me, sweat help me to lead a wonderful life!!
Today, evrery thing are in place to start my initial stage of running carring dumbbells!!
My new type of training, is in line with the actual situation of fireman wearing a bad weighted over 15kg!
Yet, i just carry 3 kg in today training, it is a initial stage, i must make a big progress in following day!
Runing on the road, i really find that the air pollution in hong kong has made hong kong come into messy place.
although the problem is serious in now, if we start the plan saving environment, we still have time!!!

I heard a wonderful sentence in friday.

Love is a terrible thing, I love and I hate. Lve comes from nothing. It is heavy and light, serious and foolish, hot and cold, sick and healthy....

That's ridiculous, right?

Today, i think about the topic in connection with "kai" of me!
Some one always laughing at me..." kai man..."
Yet, you are not satisfy with my kai,i am pround of my valuable chance of being"kai".
when did you smile, laugh  last time??   to me, just  the second passed
Some one, some boy...are going to be cool to attract more girls, catch their eyes
your life belongs to you, you can live without thinking others.
You can still live, and do something whether you like, to lead a fantastic if not  happy life.
Every one, just "geling" their head, pay a cool....cool role, a handsome boy in class.
What can they get?? The attention of classmates? Girls? lovers? Public?
On the other hand, i can get a life flooded with happy..
