For most of college students, credit card is their main payment machine. According to the evening news, nearly 60% of the college students applying credit card. This is a startle figure, a startle figure which I have not estimated. This, undeniably, puts us in a very exceeding concern. Why does a mature undergraduate of yesterday become an unreason of today? It is worth our consideration and attention.

  For the most part, there is a growing trend toward brand chasing among young people. Brand chasing is still being regarded as "a trend". At the age of youth, what the adolescents are looking for is a sense of identity. Some students who are lack of confidence are self-abase. In the hope of self-protection, they will cover up themselves and show off what they have in surface. As a consequence, they are choosing to apply credit card. It is become a burning fever. How queer the notion is!

Peer influence, clearly, is one of the dominating seeds of this burning issue. Most graduates, if not all, affected by peers with ease. A recent report exposed that over 40% of the graduates who had requested credit cards because of peer influence. It revealed some youths so as not to be isolated; they will follow what their peers do undoubtedly.

More to the point, some youngsters enjoy creatures comfort. And some maybe are subjected to wealth. Credit cards can gratify their intense desire. They do not fear they can afford money or not. In the deep part of their hearts, they only desire to comfort. They are no need to have payment first. In an attempt at enjoying the free of charge in flash, some of them even indulged in this fever. With an impulse, some youths ask for credit cards. With a lust, credit cards satisfy some youths.

Solving the above problem is a vast and arduous task. Consistent efforts are essential to success. In no way should we endure the already aggravating problems to turn from bad to worse. Governmental assistance is in prompt need.

Beyond a shadow of doubt, governmental aid is the most effectual recipe to instill a right attitude toward properly use of credit card into graduates’ minds. The SAR government should establish the order of using credit card for the graduate. A person who has stable receipts necessarily can approve the application of credit card. The system ought to be executing severely.

Abusing credit card is unreasoning for oneself. Perhaps it is time we made every nisus to lead our future young leader to the right attitude of using credit card. Perhaps it is high time our government devote more resources to inculcate the proper notion in graduates’ minds. Perhaps it is about time the college students built an exact viewpoint towards credit card. University students are a talent in our future. How can the youth ruin it?
