Vanessa Hudgens loves dressing up for the paparazzi.
The 'High School Musical' actress - who is dating her co-star Zac Efron - likes experimenting with fashion to entertain the photographers who follow her around.
She said: "I have some of the clothes that my character Gabriella wears in the movie in my actual closet. I'd be like, 'Wow, I have to have that!' I love fashion. Having paparazzi there is almost an excuse to dress up, but if I'm not in the mood I'll just go out in sweats and Ugg boots."
Vanessa also denied rumours there is friction between her and her 'High School Musical' co-star Ashley Tisdale, insisting the pair are good friends.
She added: "We are just really close and get along so well. The two of us together are just hysterical - we come up with the most random, silly things.
"We don't fight and it's annoying because people are always comparing us. They need to understand that we are just best friends."

Zac Efron accidentally ate dog food recently. The ‘High School Musical’star snacked on some cupcakes his girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens had left on the table, but was shocked to discover she had bought them for her dogs. A source said: “Vanessa bought her pet dog Shadow some cakes from upscale pet store The Wagging Tale. She left them on the counter, and Zac ate a few. “He said that they were good, if a little bland.” This is not the first time Zac’s bizarre diet has been laid bare - his ‘High School Musical’ co-star Vanessa previously admitted he liked drinking raw eggs for breakfast. After revealing Zac doesn’t often eat cereal for breakfast, Vanessa explained: “He’s more of an eggs kind of guy. If he’s feeling lazy he just drinks them. Not most of the time, but every now and then.”
