Doubled letters, unsurprisingly, would be initials from some short alliteration phrases, but some are out of the cases, exempli gratia, Double-U or Double-V would be another alphabet, so thus you cannot spell the word "vacuum" with "V-A-C-Double-U-M" though you can spell the word "letter" with "L-E-Double-T-E-R", mind you.
