Today is da finals 4 da sports day,i hab 2 run da 100m,Wow my compitistion were very fast,i didn't do enough warm up then i ran with too much power so i hurt my legs,my legs hurt really bad,after da race i was at da first aid place 2 rest my legs and went bak 2 zone 6 to get ready for da performance...

Then we kept on practicing until it is time,there was i bad thing happened,we cannot hear the music so we mess up,da only part that was perfect was when Doreen,Joanne,Rachel,Christine and me did the solo, a lot of our members cried because they were so dissapointed,i nearly cried too,it was not our mistake because we cannot hear the music,i think i will join again next year,if im still going 2 study in HK.....We will see!!

Today is our Sports Day,I had to go to tha Sports Ground very early to practice tha cheering march,we wore white skirts and black under shorts,tha marching was kinda like Girls Scout,you just walking and then someone will say attention,we will have to stand stright,we were standing for a long time,my foot were tired,I also ran tha 100m,i think i came in 1st or 2nd well...I'm not sure....But im in tha finals for next week...

After tha event,tha cheering team got to stay behind for practice and we went to McDonalds to eat lunch... After lunch,we kept on practicing,boy it was so tiring cuz we have to do our routine right,we have to walk to tha right position,tha very important thing we had to do is 'simle',all of us were very tired,i'll say we were pretty good,well....i guess we still have a chance of winning.......!!!!

Im not ready to make nice,im not ready to back down,cuz im MAD as HELL and i dun have time to go round and round and round,its too late to make it right,i probly wouldn't if i could,cuz im MAD as HEll,I can't bring myself to do wt is you think i should!!!
