Book I: Psalm 19 The Law of the Lord is perfect
Who can discern his errors? Declare me innocent from hidden faults. (12) 谁能知道自己的错失呢?愿你赦免我隐而未现的过错。(12) Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me! Then I shall be blameless, and innocent of great transgression. (13) 求你拦阻仆人不犯任意妄为的罪,不容这罪辖制我,我便完全,免犯大罪。(13)
This is a fine prayer for confession, for hidden faults are included in the content, and also presumptuous sins, so that the man who prays can be blameless and innocent of great transgression (13). Thank you Lord for revealing this to readers of his words! I remembered my abandonment of presumptuous sin the day before, and I haven't had that evil thought for two whole days, even when I was alone or together with a certain someone. This, I give thanks to the Lord. He is holy. He hates sins. But he loves the world so that me, a sinner, can still be saved. And he saved everyone on earth. David compared the Lord to the sun, which 'comes out like a bridegroom leaving his chamber, runs its course with joy like a strong man, its rising is from the end of the heavens and its circuit to the end of them, and there is nothing hidden from its heat. (5-6) yeah, God reveals his glpry everywhere like sunlight. It peeps through the window and shines into the heart, melts it, and it becomes warm flesh instead of cold stone.
