Athletic Competition

国慶日 :Today I had athletic cp. 100m/200m/Long jump.

100m heat 13.47 / final 13.33 快之前0.3/4 到第7

Long jump :5.00m第1

200m :27.53 快之前1-2 秒因很久冇比賽.第6

All of them are PB (personal best) Ya

I hope that the coming competitions can be keep the result and do better.

大家一齊 Add Oil !!!!

You should change your form compeletly.
