Today I had the TCAA cp.

In the morning 100m  13.21   Ya!!!!! PB again  第七,入final.

LJ   .............only 4.9m         too bad! the  third

After lunch , 200m 後面拉車  However, 前面快了.so   27.1  PB again

100m final No.7 again but faster -- 13.14   YA  !!!!!!!!!!

In past 13.9 and now 13.14    Ya!!!!!!!!!! improve a lot.

Math test tomorrow   good luck
