Today is Cross country Time trial. ( first)

I have not trained for a period.  Therefore, I am not very fit.

However, the result is ok.

First , I ran from the school field to the drive to the 上  嘉多理山  and 落山. Then return in the same way.This is 1 round and I should run 2 rounds.

In 1 round, there are 3 段大斜路. 上 drive  and  2 次嘉多理山 

About 5 km . I am the second of C grade.

When I was running in the second lap , I found a beautiful flower down from a tree.  In return way, I got it and hold it in the rest of the trial. It is pink.

Next , I played football with my school athletic friends and I found a new football in the field surprisingly

 I am so tired............88.
