Yesterday , my school have a x-country trainng in Shek Moom .

9:00 start f rom school so the night before training( friday) I lived in dom.

I played/read/did hw until 2 o'clock

The car cannot go to the main dam so we ran to the main dam. It is very far and there are many slopes.

After arriving to the main dam, we did some warm-up and ran.

Originally, I will u-turn in the middle. However, Sir didn't know I am C crade and I ran with the A/B Grade .

There are a lot of small and BIG slopes so it was very hard to ran. At last , when I came back to the main dam, I found that the other C cradem came back already!!!  I ran for total 8 KM!!!!!!!

At last , sir bought all of us a can of drink. So happy!!!!

But very tired!
