Wednesday  is Sport day heat.

I have 800m / 1500m / LJ

Firstly, in 800m , I am in the heat 1 --No Sam / Simeon

But suddenly someone ran very fast in front of me.

However, last 200m I 過 了him. Last 60m he still wanted to  過 me. But I still have power so he could not 過 me.

But heat2 --sam is 2'29s

After lunch break , I have a rest and prepare Long Jump.

Then the roll call of Lj started.

first try--步點不對--左腳跳--4.xx 
I have not jumped this result for a LONG time already....4m.....

Then , 1500m roll call so I jump 2nd try first. 差勁多起跳.....the result is ...

Then, I ran 1500m, only the third because I should not waste the power on the 1500m Heat.....

Only 4th....If I jumped normally, I can get the second...

Winson & 甄展峰 only jumped 5.19m & 5.16 m respectively. However, 黃浩陽--5.75m...He is th champion..

800m & 1500m --Sport day Final

4x100m & 4x400m --Sport day Final too!
