According to our record an agreement was given for your tuition fees to paid by instalments .the payment is now overdue.
However if this is as a result of an oversight , payment should be made immediatey
If you wish to make your payment by cheque make it payable to “
Northumbria
University” quoting your account number painted at the top this letter on the reverse side of your cheque. If you with to pay by credit/debit card you may do so by telephone or on-line. Please telephone the Universitvy cash Office on 01912274092 between 8:30a.m and
(Monday to Friday ) or pay on line at http://northumbria.ac .uk/sd/central/finance/epayment.
If you are unable to make full payment now we would like to try and help you to do so. Please contact our Finance Department staff, at room 007 Ellison Terrace ,or telephone 01912774050 to arrange a confidential meeting where we can discuss your financial situation and offer advice .
If either you do not pay four fees or make arrangements to do so by 6th May you will be excluded from the University and you will no longer be able to use University’s IT and library facilities.
If you are an International student (not EU)attending the University your exclusion may affect
Your immigration status. For further advice on this matter , please contact the International Adviser in Student Services.
If you have paid your bill, we are sorry that you have received this letter but please do not ignore it .Contact us urgently so that we can both be sure the record are correct.
