溫家恆在年幼時前往英國就讀，畢業後返回香港；在2007年年中開始成為無線電視娛樂資訊及綜藝節目《東張西望》主持之一，由於他精通英文，因而常被無線電視派往英國及其他以英語為主的國家向藝人進行採訪。 2008年，由於電視劇《溏心風暴》收視理想，而該劇監製劉家豪在選角時選了溫家恆為該劇續集——《溏心風暴之家好月圓》的演出成員。
