今日放學練波,,
不過改咗練體能,,
做咗呢D嘢:
圍{學校}跑4個圈
跑樓梯(地下跑上6樓),,
Sit up 40次,,
掌上壓60次,,
提膝跳50次,,
其他腰部運動(3種)各20次,,
其他(有好多,唔打啦)
今日早放,
haha~ 多謝阿菌!~
返到hm死咗......
