why each time 有important thing need me to .........負責的時候 , 總有問題發生??????

例如 , 例如 : change 0左 time 冇人通知我...........好似今次0甘, ...... I date 0左7:30P.M. , 我仲set 0左alam , ......but ...... 剛剛接到phone call say  3 p.m , so I don't know is me hear wrong or type wrong ???
