Everyone wants a healthy life .But there have a problem.
There are many ways to keep healthy.First of all ,we should keep taking exercises every day . We can walk to school inster of take bus. After school,we can spend an hour do exercise or fitness,auch as swimming,cycling,jogging to help body update.
Next,we should not eat a lot of junk food ,like McDonlds or KFC .because it is bad for our body.We should also eat healthy food like fruit and vegetable.
Although it seems to be very difficulft for us to had healthy life lifestyle ,we should try to achieve.
