Why does some University take so long to reply.

Today, Is my first duty with St John Ambulance in year 2010.
Franklin's Garden, Saints RFC.
I drove into the VIP area by accident but when they saw mw got St John uniform on, they say that's fine, no worries, just drive to the other side. than you will see where the Ambulance is. and it hasn't arrived yeat.
NHS's Ambulance is no where near as good as St John Ambulance.
It was freezing cold this morning.
got my shirt and my rank slides on.
