my other problem is visa status, they no longer sponsor working visa.. which makes job hunting even worse..

Yeah, unfortunately they don't generally like to hire unles you HAVE graduated. Been to 2 interviews this yr already & both times got close (but obviously not close enough). 3 other apps didn't even get to interview. Sigh...
