New York native and San Francisco transplant, KEITH HUFNAGEL is a professional skater and the owner of the HUF brand and its’ three retail locations. SF: You’ve got Hyphe, The Oakland A’s, The Giants, Critical Mass, Alcatraz, and a sick skate scene, just to name a few things about ‘Frisco and Oakland. What flavor does the Bay Ar air max 180 ea bring to the fitted cap culture?
KH: We rock them.

KH: Trash it.
SF: If you had to pick ONE piece from the air max ltd HUF line of fitteds to rock for the rest of your life, which one would it be?
KH: That ill ass yamica collab we did with Benny Gold.
SF: Explain the HUF x BE air max NNY GOLD chemistry.
KH: Huh? We just skate and create!!!!
SF: What was the first fitted cap you bought?
KH: NY Yankees of course.
SF: What was the first HUF fitted cap?
KH: It was the etch a sketch air max 1 ,( NY Yankees color, SF Giants color, Red /camo, and black/neon green).
SF: How deep is your fitted collection?
KH: I only have a few. I gave mine all away to the surpris nike max e pack people.
SF: How did the NEW ERA collaboration begin?
KH: NEW ERA was in town in 2002-03 and was talking to us about using their caps as a blank canvas. We were down.
SF: Fit max 360 teds and suits. Hate it or Love it?
KH: Never wore that combo before.
SF: Can you give us a taste of what to expect for the rest of 2007?
KH: Reflective pack. Watch yo maxes shoes ur head blow up – Kicks/hi collab, Ari Marcopoulos, HUF SF arch, and some other hotness that I can’t talk about.
SF: The aftermarket (eBAY) prices on HUF fitteds (or anyth air maxes 97 ing else) are out of control! What’s the most you have heard one your hats going for?
KH: I have seen them for over $700.
