Book I: Psalm 4

Know that the Lord has set apart the godly for himself; the Lord will hear when I call to him. (3) 你们要知道，耶和华已经分别虔诚人归他自己；我求告耶和华，他必听我。(3)

David lied down and slept in peace, for the Lord alone made him dwell in safety. This is the advice from David who was loved by the Lord: In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent. Offer right sacrifices and trust in the Lord. (4-5) which reminded me of myself that I wasn't angry when people refused my asking for help. They didn't show up when I needed them. I was a bit discouraged, for Bible Study is not what I have confidence in leading, but I knelt down and prayed so that the Lord was with me and I would not be truly left alone and helpless. I will trust in him like David once did, and the Lord had filled his heart with greater joy than when their grain and new wine abound. (7) I hope the Lord would speak to us all in the fellowship tomorrow, and I will be strong for him and try to offer the right sacrifice - my best effort. Nothing is too hard in the Lord. And as I believed, I will lie down and sleep in peace, for the Lord alone make me dwell in the safety of his light of wisdom.
