Psalm 37
A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way.Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand. (23-24) 义人的脚步被耶和华立定；他的道路，耶和华也喜爱。他虽失脚也不至全身仆倒，因为耶和华用手搀扶他。 (23-24)
When I suffered from insomnia at night, by the Lord's training I calmly sneaked out from bed, put on my glasses and read the loving word of the Lord. I found myself seldom arrange time for spiritual formation such as book reading, so I made use of the time doing that. Then when I felt a bit sleepy, I tried to sleep. And it happened, whenever I woke up from a bad dream and couldn't sleep again, I read; when it was short or I didn't felt like reading, I meditate the word of the Lord. It worked perfectly well. In an certain extent I even began to enjoy my lone time with the Lord, instead of complaining. Maybe if I arranged some time reading daily, the Lord would bless me by putting the spirit of sleeping inside me. But I know he is in control so I shouldn't worry. In my times of happiness and loneliness I walked with the Lord, and he gently taught me how to walk with him in the way he like, how he could be my Lord in the heart that pleased him. This is grace. How lovely!
