If your priority is to finish your study, then create the best environment to achieve that. Everything else is a bonus. Don't rush to accomplish too many things at the same time-- you lose sight of the scenery around you and you lose focus of what needs to be done at hand!

Plus a lot of nonsense stubborn heads without journalistic vision (only a few have). I've ever thought to create medium with people shared similar mission, as we know the main channel of spreading news and information is no longer TV or newspaper, but internet, but I was thinking that I will not have the experience of a full-time journalist, I may be lack of the basic social network for the community, though I can still consider my internship at the local TV station a kind of. Ya, and I'm actually getting involved into some NGOs that serve our community, I'm expecting to learn from the field experience as you said. But what do you mean by "creative combinations"? May I have an example? It seems that you can be a good advisor on this dilemma, really hope to discuss with you through email, here is not good for discussing anyway.
Perhaps you should break down what your 理想 is. Is being a journalist really your dream? Or is your dream the search for truth, reporting the truth, being an ambassador for the community or to help those in need? Go backwards and identify what makes up your dream(s) and then investigate. 'Journalist' is just a word.
Plus, you don't have to be a journalist to achieve some of the ideals mentioned above. You can find a well-known non-profit organization and do some field work and reporting for them. Taking small steps will open up bigger and clearer paths. You create a new network that way. If you ultimately decide to be in journalism, then your field experience in the non-profit org will be your foundation (and looks good on your resume).
If you have a strong cause, you can even start your own non-profit with a few similar minded friends and start from there.
The answer to your listed formulae is all the same - fulfillment. You only need to think of more creative combinations to achieve that. That's what life is about! Go eat a good meal, enjoy some good music and come back to this when you feel refreshed. Good luck!
