Good aftenoon,everybody.
There are many things we can do to keep ourselves healthy...
To begin with,If we eat too much of the unhealthy food,we will get fat.For example,
we will doing more exercise and we do not worry.
eating an unbalanced diet can cause us to become unhealthy.
So that we will eating more vegetable and drink 8 glasses water every day.
Next we don't smoking,because smoking is very unhealthy.
So we will enough sleep.Finally we will go jogging even morning.
