依家日日都操到好tired呀!!!!!!!!游到always都冇氣呀!好hard好hard呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!我好想死呀!!!

today游水好tired呀!游左6000米呀!我好想死呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!好野呀!!!!!!佢tomorrow去游呀!!好開心呀!!!!!

死喇！我依家係香港青年軍，星期一至星期六，我就要去操水，星期二同星期四仲要係做體能ｔｉｍ！真係好ｈａｒｄ！！！！！我ｈｏｐｅ佢可以快ｄ好番！！！！！！

之後就倍我出去操水！＾＾唸起就開心喇！！！！！ｂｕｔ佢只係游星期六炸＝３＝！（唔係日日同佢ｔｏｇａｔｈｅｒ！！）真係有ｄ傷心呀！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

sunday will have a competition.i don't know i can or can't QT.i am scar.if she has seen my dairy ,i will feel happy more.But she really didn't see my dairy .i feel sad.in the competition,i may be can see her or today later.i am afaid my hand can't swim,because my hand.......!!!this is the swimming pool where is me traning.!!!!!

Today is the swimming competition .Although i can't take a metal ,i still happy.Because i can faster than my best time .After the competition ,my coach take to mei sum to eat something.Then i come back to my home!

today係我地學校既開放日,today我表演牧童笛,個個孔xx竟然唔吹喎!!!!摀到得我同關好鈞吹喳!!!!!!!!

today我布習既時候,我仆倒落地下,摀到我右手損曬呀! maybe i can't swim!!!!!!!!塗d消毒既野既時候,我叫得好大聲!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
