break--dance pratice(i just learnt the 1st part yesterday!so i dance badly)

long jump--good performance in the first competition,but bad in the final..(three jumps and two fails)

800m--the resting time between long jump and 800 only last for 10-15 mins..i keep the slow rhythm..butwhen the last 100m..i can't 爆 because i have almost used up in long jump.queenie easily catch up and win me easily at the last 100m.After the competition,i chowgun(抽筋) and lie on the ground like a corpse.Pearl cant endure the pain and cry.I have nearly want to faint three times.But faint for me,is just always like a fairytale.==
