學生不能打罵，不能單獨說話。老師應該如何教育學生?

社會對教師這個職業的期望也很高，稍有不如意就會瘋狂吐槽，每個行業都有做得好的人，也有做得不好的人。但是教師這個職業被很多人定義為一個沒有任何錯誤的行業，所以外界壓力會更大。

老師不應該化妝，不應該穿得太花哨，不應該脾氣暴躁等等。在世界的框架下，老師似乎應該是聖人，不允許犯錯。

教師這份工作首先是養家糊口的一般職業，沒有比其他職業更高尚的地方，工作賺錢，下班回家，好好工作，保住飯碗，就這么簡單，就這么真實!

教師的工作其次是為國家培養人才的神聖事業。既然是為國家培養人才的神聖事業，就要兢兢業業，勤奮認真。面對那些求知欲高的學生，他們應該認真備課、教學和考試。面對那些混日子的學生，不想學的學生，經過苦口婆心的教育，仍然不想改正的學生，不歧視，

老師越來越差，講道理的學生不聽，老師真的沒辦法。如何與父母溝通，了解學生的特點，雙管齊下，讓父母有一點壓力。利用班會讓所有學生討論如何管理班級。讓學生討論我是老師，怎么帶班，要求大家發言，看能不能發揮作用。讓學生收集關於古人努力學習的故事。教師還可以講述戰國時期“頭懸梁，錐刺骨”的故事來激勵學生。

1、陶瓷餐具。
