FUT isnt FUT anymore |
分類: FIFA Guide |
the great benefits of FUT 15 coins was that market forces determined the price level of a player. that there were shocks (TOTY, first messi IF, TOTS, happy hour) and players could be bought cheap with luck and timing. you could invest long-term or trade short-term depending on your preference and could work your way up without spending additional money on a full price title that you purchase every year.
AB's and coin sellers as well as obvious glitches were ignored by EA for too long.
1) the web app - while it was awesome - was a huge mistake. it opened the door for the first AB's.
2) the coin glitch on PS was never resolved. why didnt they just introduce that after 10 games a day you wont receive match coins anymore but a small contract pack instead. that would stop the coin farmers and give you even an incentive to play more without affecting the market.
what we have now is a situation where prices will be determined by EA based on a coin-flooded market and with no transparency whatsoever. after the next update you wont be able to lend a friend of yours some coins the help get him started or to finish his "ultimate" team. it's just not the ultimate team anymore, that made it so popular. its really a shame.
Over the past 18 months, illegal coin glitches and coin buying/selling heavily influenced player prices.
Price bands are not a short term fix, but in the long run they'll help bring prices back to reasonable, attainable fifa15-store levels.
