台中公司設立除了做到降低成本，戴正吳也要求夏普員工要做擴大銷售的新目標，戴正吳指出，要實現V型反轉，光靠降低成本或是組織架台中公司設立登記構調整是沒有用的，還必須做到擴大銷售才能增加獲利。至於如何增加獲利？戴正吳提出建立會員制的想法，要求員工針對夏普既有客戶群和股東的需求去發想，從而設計出符合他們需求的產品和服務，為了加深員工記憶，戴正吳還特別將這個計畫命名為「smart home program」。
