How I've lost weight so far: Eating less. That's essentially it.As we often tout on this sub, weight loss is as simple as CICO (calories in < calories out), but of course it's not so simple executing it and sticking to it. The main things that have contributed to my [modest] success so far:Therapy and my mental health. I can't stress this enough. It wasn't until recently that I was finally in a place mentally to lose the weight I gained. If food is your primary coping mechanism, calorie restriction and eating healthier is going to be extra challenging. Reading this sub every day, using MyFitnessPal, and adding you awesome dorks as friends on it. Seeing the progress of my MFP friends, reading their statuses, hearing about their struggles and triumphs, and likewise their support of buy slim viemy progress, has been unbelievably motivating and helpful. They're a bunch of internet strangers (awesome internet strangers) but we're all going through a similar struggle. It helps to feel like you're not alone. Simply restricting calorie intake instead of restricting types of foods. For example, I have tried keto in the past, and it was something I personally could never sustain (more power to you if keto is your thing, though!). So this time, no food or alcohol is slimex 15mg buy off limits, but I generally try to not exceed 1200 cals a day (the short woman struggle), and I eat healthier, filling foods more often than unhealthy ones. If I have a day where I eat at/over maintenance, I don't sweat it. This isn't a race. It's a lifestyle change. Thin people have days where they eat a lot, too. They just don't eat like that most days. Keep eating like a thin person and eventually your body will catch up.
