Snacks can make in less than 10 minutes  |

| This is a common feeling when you have goals of being fit and healthy. Perhaps you are almost mad at yourself because you know what you should be eating, but it isn't always easy. Life get's in the way and so does our emotions.But, once you have some ideas of healthy snacks that you can make in less than 10 minutes, you will be able to be prepared and not give into temptation.
Yogurt and chia seeds. Yogurt has acidophilus in it to li lash serum combat stomach bloating. It is also good for digestion. Adding in a tablespoon of chia seeds is great for protein to combat cravings and hunger.
Grapes and cheese. Eating grapes and a cheese stick is very satisfying and helps you to feel full. Grapes are full of water and good for aiding your water intake.
Veggie sticks and hummus. Cut up some carrots and celery and dip them into 2 day diet pillshummus. Veggies give you energy and hummus helps you feel full longer.
Fruit salad. Chop up several kinds of fruit and mix them together for a yummy energy filled salad.
