You Raise Me Up
Becky Taylor
When I am down, oh my soul so weary;
When troubles come and my heart burdened be;
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence,
Until you come and sit awhile with me.
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You rasie me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up to more than I can be.
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You rasie me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up to more than I can be.
There is no life, no life, no life without its hunger;
Each restless heart beats so imperfectly;
But when you come and I am filled with wonder.
Sometimes I feel like eternity.
You raise me up , so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
And I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up to more than I can be.
You raise me up to more than I can be.
